  • Amazon Shipping - For remote locations and same-day delivery in select cities

The shipping partner is automatically selected based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You cannot choose a specific shipping partner at checkout.

Order Processing & Tracking

Here's what happens after you place an order:

Order Processing Steps

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email/SMS within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  2. Processing: We verify the order and prepare it for dispatch (usually within 24 hours).
  3. Shipping: Your order is handed over to our logistics partner (next business day).
  4. Tracking: You receive shipping confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS.
  5. Delivery: The package is delivered to your specified address.

Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email/SMS or by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Instructions & Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • ID Proof Required: For high-value orders (above ₹20,000), the recipient must present a valid government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driver's License, etc.) at the time of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving high-value items to document the condition of the product at delivery.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries typically occur between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we're working on expanding our services to neighboring countries in the near future.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order enters processing and address changes may not be possible. Contact our customer support immediately if you need to change your address.

Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?

No, we don't deliver on Sundays and national holidays. These days are excluded from delivery timelines.

What if I'm not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts. You can also authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf or reschedule the delivery through the tracking link.

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹30,000. For higher-value orders, prepayment is required for security reasons.

Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery when the package arrives, and it will be returned to us. Refunds for returned items are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

All our shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either reship your order or provide a full refund.
