How to Return a Product

Important Notes

  • Do not ship the product back without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Keep all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and freebies
  • Make sure the device is factory reset and Find My iPhone/Find My Device is turned off
  • Take clear photos/videos of the product before packing

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Defective/Damaged Product: Product doesn't work, has hardware issues, or arrived damaged
  • Wrong Product Delivered: Received a different product than ordered
  • Missing Accessories: Essential accessories missing from the package
  • Significant Description Discrepancy: Product differs significantly from website description

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse
  • Products with tampered IMEI/Serial numbers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Accessories purchased separately (screen guards, cases, etc.)
  • Products without original packaging and accessories
  • Software issues that can be fixed via updates or settings

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For Cash on Delivery returns, a nominal processing fee of ₹100 may be deducted
  • Gift cards and store credits cannot be refunded to original payment method

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

All our products come with valid manufacturer warranty. Here's how warranty claims work:

Covered Under Warranty

  • Hardware failures not caused by user
  • Battery issues (if covered under manufacturer warranty)
  • Software issues that require factory service

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical damage (cracks, water damage, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories (unless defective on arrival)
  • Software issues resolvable via updates

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer support via WhatsApp (+91 98452 43749) or call us. Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No, we provide free return shipping for eligible returns (defective products, wrong items delivered). For other cases, return shipping charges may apply.

What should I include when returning a product?

Include all original items: device, charger, cable, earphones (if included), manuals, warranty card, and any freebies. The product should be in its original packaging with all protective films intact.

How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Can I return a product after 7 days?

For defective products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, you need to use the manufacturer warranty. For non-defective products, we don't accept returns after delivery.

What if I receive a damaged/defective product?

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) via WhatsApp or call. Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or return as per your preference.

Do you offer refunds for opened products?

Yes, for defective products we accept returns even if the product has been opened and used. For non-defective products, we don't accept returns once the seal is broken.
